Our approach to quality

This page describes how we work and what we can evidence — including the marks shown on our product catalogue, further down, and a plain statement of what is not yet certified.

What our catalogue says

Our product catalogue makes several statements about the range. We have not independently tested them. Two of the six original statements claimed a measurable property and a named standard that we cannot evidence, so we do not repeat them here. The other four, reworded below to remove anything we cannot support:

  • Designed for straightforward installation.
  • Low-maintenance in service.
  • Smooth-bore body for unobstructed flow.
  • Competitively priced for volume buyers.

Our own tooling

The Square Ball Valve carries design registration no. 373361-001, as marked in our product catalogue. This registration applies to the Square Ball Valve only.

Where our product photographs show it, the Techball name and Made in India are moulded into the body — not printed on a label. A moulded mark comes from our own tool, and it cannot be transferred to somebody else’s product.

Packing

Product is packed in cartons, and the number of pieces per carton is published on every product page. Some of our retail cartons are printed with our own artwork, as shown in our product photographs. If you need neutral cartons or your own artwork, say so in your enquiry.

What is not certified

If your market requires a specific standard or a specific document, tell us which one. We will tell you in writing whether we can supply it. If we cannot, we will say so.

  • We hold no published ISO or other management-system certificate.
  • We publish no third-party test report.
  • We make no claim of conformance to ASTM, DIN, BS or IS standards on this website.

Marks and affiliations shown on our catalogue

These five marks are printed on our product catalogue: Make in India, Swachh Bharat, the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), EGAC — the Egyptian Accreditation Council — and ICV Partners. Make in India and Swachh Bharat are Government of India campaign marks, not certifications. IAF and EGAC oversee certification bodies; they do not certify manufacturers directly. We do not hold a certificate number, issuing body or scope on file for any of these marks yet — ask us and we will confirm in writing what currently applies, and this space will carry that detail as soon as it does.
